This Privacy Policy describes how Peptobiz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use peptobiz-related websites, pages, and tools that link to this policy—including educational articles, peptide guides, provider comparisons, the Find your path goal guide, and the contact form.

Peptobiz is an educational comparison site. We are not your healthcare provider and we do not create a clinician–patient relationship through this site.

The information we collect depends on how you use the site. We do not ask for a full medical history to browse educational pages.

• Usage and device data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, referring URLs, and similar analytics signals
• Contact form data: name, email, topic, and message content you choose to submit
• Goal guide chat: messages you send and assistant replies generated for that session (used to route you to a category; not stored as a permanent medical record by design of the current product)
• Cookies and similar technologies: as needed for site function, preferences, and analytics
• Business correspondence: emails you send to hello@pepto.example.com

We use information to operate and improve Peptobiz, including to:

• Provide pages, search/navigation, and the goal guide experience
• Respond to contact requests and partnership inquiries
• Understand which guides and categories are useful
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug errors
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

When you use Find your path, your chat messages are sent to our servers and may be processed by a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate the next reply and suggest a category slug.

Do not treat the chat as a confidential medical consultation. Avoid sharing names of family members, exact diagnoses, lab values, or other highly sensitive personal data. A short description of your goal is enough.

We do not sell your personal information as a consumer “data broker” product. We may share information in these situations:

• Service providers / processors: hosting, analytics, email, and AI inference vendors who process data on our instructions
• Affiliate / provider click-outs: when you click a partner link, that provider (and their trackers) may receive standard referral data such as that you came from Peptobiz; their privacy policy then applies
• Legal and safety: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections

We may use first-party cookies and third-party analytics tools to understand traffic and improve content. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site features.

If we add a dedicated cookie banner or preference center later, that tool will supplement this policy.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including security, legal compliance, and responding to inquiries. Contact form messages may be retained in email or support tools until the request is resolved and for a reasonable archive period.

Goal guide chat in the current product is session-based in the browser; server logs may still retain limited request metadata for reliability and abuse prevention.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a marketing site of this type. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use strong unique passwords if you ever create an account on related admin tools, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@pepto.example.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

We may need to verify your request and may decline requests that are legally exempt, unreasonably repetitive, or that would compromise others’ privacy or our security.

Peptobiz is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the relevant standard). If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you access Peptobiz from outside the country where our operators or processors are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws. By using the site, you understand that transfers may occur as needed to operate the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or announced by other reasonable means.
