By accessing or using Peptobiz websites, pages, or tools that link to these Terms of Use (“Terms”), you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

All content on Peptobiz—including articles, peptide guides, category pages, provider comparisons, pricing notes, and the Find your path chat—is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prognosis, or a prescription. Use of Peptobiz does not create a clinician–patient relationship with us or with any author, editor, or AI system we use.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Peptobiz. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse Peptobiz. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to disrupt, scrape excessively, overload, or reverse engineer the site or APIs beyond ordinary browsing
• Using the goal guide or forms to submit malware, spam, unlawful content, or others’ personal data without authorization
• Misrepresenting Peptobiz content as medical advice you provide to others in a regulated capacity without appropriate licensing
• Infringing intellectual property or removing attribution/disclosures
• Accessing non-public admin areas without authorization

Peptobiz branding, page designs, original text, and curated compilations are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to our public pages and share short quotations with attribution for non-commercial commentary, but you may not copy substantial portions of the site for competing commercial use without written permission.

Trademarks of third-party providers remain their property. Mentions do not imply endorsement beyond what we expressly state.

Peptobiz may include affiliate links and references to third-party providers. Your interactions with those parties—including enrollment, payment, telehealth visits, and fulfillment—are solely between you and them. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how commissions work.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices.

The Find your path feature provides automated educational category routing. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any suggestion, including whether to visit a provider.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (INCLUDING SITE OPERATORS, WRITERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT—INCLUDING HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS YOU MAKE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptobiz and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence provide otherwise. Venue and dispute procedures will be set by counsel in a future update; until then, disputes will be resolved in courts competent for that operator jurisdiction where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site, superseding prior understandings on that subject.
